Ian is a Senior Director at GMCS and has over 20 years of commercial and contracts management experience that has been gained in building, industrial, civil engineering, civil mechanical, solar energy, fuel terminals and fuel hydrant system projects in the UK, Africa and the Middle East.

Ian is a proven and experienced team leader on large value complex claims and dispute resolution procedures. With a background in quantity surveying/commercial and contracts management over a period of 10 years, he has specialized in the field of dispute resolution for a further 10 years. He has gained significant experience in the field of Expert Witness work on high-value arbitrations and has acted as a Clients’ representative in litigation proceedings.

Ian is Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators as well as the Chartered Institute of Building.
