Ahmad is Director of GMCS and was originally a civil engineer and has more than 16 years of diversified working experience gained from working in the project management, consulting, and contracting fields for mega and complex type of projects within the infrastructure and construction sectors.

Ahmad’s specialism is now delay analysis, forensic planning and claim management, both supporting directors acting as Expert Witnesses in arbitrations and court proceedings, as well as an independent and lead delay analyst on a multitude of large and complex projects.

Ahmad has performed responsibilities including project management, construction and site management with a focus on liaison with internal and external design teams, programming/planning, scheduling, delay analysis for claims, budgeting, cost control, forecasting and monitoring and earned value analysis and management.
