Lee Sporle
Biography
Lee is the Operations Director at GMCS and is a qualified building service engineer and construction delay analyst with over 30 years’ experience, 25 of which have been in the Middle East working across sectors including residential property, hospitality and leisure, retail, transportation and logistics, healthcare, oil and gas, industrial and heavy civil engineering.
Lee has been appointed as an independent expert several times and has provided expertise on the specific claims and counterclaims related to extensions of time, delay, time, planning and programming that have been pleaded and evidenced by the parties in the proceedings. He has significant experience in planning, scheduling, project controls, delay analysis, forensic planning, planning expert’s opinion, peer reviews, dispute resolution, and a testified expert witness. Lee has provided over 150 independent reports, including the production and rebuttal of extension of time claims.
Lee has also been presenting seminars for the last 15 years throughout the Middle East. His background at the work face of the construction process gained him personal hands-on experience on construction projects, thus, giving him the opportunity to share his knowledge on Planning and Delay Analysis through public trainings and private workshops.
