Mark is an Associate Director for GMCS and possesses over 12 years’ experience in the construction claims industry. During this time, Mark has been involved in numerous sectors including Hotel and Leisure, Residential, Infrastructure, Mixed-Use developments and offshore projects.

Mark has extensive experience in the drafting and submission of claims for both time and cost, in addition to aiding quantum experts in arbitral proceedings as well as the provision of contract management services.

Mark is a commercially and contractually astute professional with excellent communication skills. He has post graduate degrees in both the general construction field and the more focused subject of construction law and dispute resolution. Mark is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
