Ryan previously worked with GMCS between 2014-2017 as a Senior Consultant, and returned to the team in November 2022 as an Associate Director.

Ryan has over 15 years’ industry experience which has been gained in the Middle East and the in the UK. Ryan’s contracting experience, both pre and post contract stages, also includes expert witness support in formal dispute resolution across various sectors including residential, retail, defence, refurbishment, large scale commercial projects and more recently specialist marine infrastructure contracting in the Middle East.

Ryan has provided assistance to an Expert Witness in relation to all quantum related matters in Arbitration proceedings. This included the assistance of the full verification of cost claims and counterclaims, and engaging with the opposing team’s appointed quantum expert team.

Ryan is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and is further looking to expand his skillset by completing an LLM in Construction Law and Arbitration through one of the UK’s leading universities.

Ryan returns to GMCS with years of invaluable live project experience, and will be a great asset to our growing quantum team. We look forward to him progressing in his career at GMCS.
