Thomas is an Associate Director at GMCS and is a qualified mechanical engineer. He has over 22 years of experience in the construction industry with a wealth of knowledge in planning and forensic delay analysis making his input invaluable to a project team.

Thomas has a full working comprehension of the stages of engineering/design, procurement, construction and commissioning of various construction sectors and is experienced in all stages of a contract from tendering, project management and claims consultancy. Primary experience has been gained in numerous sectors of construction including airports, hotels, towers, housing, infrastructure works, manufacturing facilities and power plants.

Thomas has been involved in more than 75 construction projects directly reporting to Owner’s/Contractor’s senior and/or executive management. He has been involved in various planning projects in pursuit of specific claims and counterclaims related to extensions of time as well as having reviewed numerous counterclaims to ascertain the merits and issue recommendations to client’s management.
