GMCS has recently celebrated its 8 year anniversary and as a result of strong demand for our services in the months, GMCS has expanded its Head Office on the 4th floor at API Business Suites, Barsha, Sheikh Zayed Road.
Our reconfigured and expanded office features cutting-edge installations including meeting rooms with video conference facilities, bespoke delay analysis/planning review room with a big screen and conference capabilities, informal meeting room, large reception/welcome area, 30 work stations including 4 private offices.

Office expansion is in line with business growth
Despite the impact of Covid19 upon construction and business generally, GMCS is proud to be an exception in the field of Construction Claims Consultancy by increasing staffing levels and upgrading facilities to provide our expanding client base with the premium service they deserve and expect.
As more firms navigate the conflicting waves of increasing opportunities and competition in the region we intend that GMCS will lead the way in the future for the Middle East. This exciting expansion represents the continuation of the growth and development of the company since founded in 2012.
