Chris is a Planning Director at GMCS and has spent over 39 years in the construction and engineering industries in various sectors including power plants, oil and gas industrial facilities, ports and marine, infrastructure, transportation and airport, healthcare projects and both civil engineering and building refurbishment.
Since 1996, Chris has provided planning, project and programme management, project controls, forensic delay analysis and claims management services both in the UK and overseas, supporting Expert Witnesses, Employer and Contractor Clients. Chris has a strong hands-on technical background based on significant on-site construction management experience for over 20 years which is used as his foundation of practical commercial awareness and expert opinion.
Chris regularly provides oral testimony and is cross-examined on Expert Witness reports and determinations for various commissions including party-appointed and independent roles in several GCC states on Forensic Delay Analysis and Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) subjects. He has also assisted and advised Queen’s Counsel and Court Appointed Experts in matters of delay.
